Biological Control of Fungus Gnats, Thrips Pupae & Root Aphids – Koppert Biological Systems

Entomite-M is a powerful soil-dwelling predatory mite used to control early-stage pests in the root zone. It targets fungus gnat larvae (Bradysia spp.), thrips pupae, and root aphids, making it a key component in any soil-based IPM strategy.

These fast-moving mites thrive in the top layer of moist growing media, where they hunt pest larvae and pupae. Entomite-M is effective as both a preventive and curative solution, and it works especially well when used alongside other beneficials like Dalotia coriaria (Atheta) and entomopathogenic nematodes.
