Spidex Vital contains the predatory mite Phytoseiulus persimilis, a highly effective and specialized biological control agent for two-spotted spider mites (Tetranychus urticae). These bright red-orange mites are known for their rapid reproduction and aggressive feeding, making them the go-to choice for curative mite outbreaks in high-value crops.

Spidex Vital is delivered in loose carrier material for direct application to infested plants. It is best used when spider mites are present and spreading quickly, as P. persimilis consumes all stages of the pest—eggs, larvae, and adults.
